Nature of Products

All products sold on Nexymize.com are digital products including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, worksheet bundles, courses, or digital materials. No physical products are shipped.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product meets their requirements before making a purchase. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully.

No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and irreversible access to digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

By purchasing any product from Nexymize, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If you do not receive access due to a technical error from our side, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged more than once due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate amount after proper verification.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in suspension of access and necessary legal action.

Order Cancellation

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
